Can I extend the due date period of a cash payment?
Yes, but only if the payment is generated using local currency. If you want to extend your cash payments due date, please send an email to the EBANX Integration Team.
Can I pre authorize payments?
Yes, you can but only for credit card.
The Pre Authorization is used by merchants that want to verify mainly credit card information with the acquirer and also make other validations on merchant side like fraud tools or check inventory availability.

Some payment methods redirect my customer to a third party platform. How does that work?
Usually bank tranfers (TEF) are redirected to the bank plaform where the customer can complete the payment.

Instalments are a payment plan applied on a purchase. Rather than paying outright, Latin American customers have a strong preference to pay for a purchase in parcels spread throughout the months.
