If you can not login to your EBANX Dashboard and want to reset your password, you can go to and click on “Forgot password?” button.

The next page is where the Merchant needs to include the e-mail address registered in EBANX. Once the e-mail is informed, an e-mail with be sent to Merchant with the link to reset the password.

Here is an example of e-mail which the Merchant will receive. In order to proceed and reset the password, you need to click on “Change my password” link in the bottom of the message.

Now the Merchant just need to define the new password and confirm it. Once it’s done, Merchant will be able to login into the Dashboard using the new password.
